SERVICES AND PRICES
One on one training is the most beneficial ways to get results. I will write a plan that specifically helps you to reach your goals. Additionally, i will address any injuries or weaknesses and try to alleviate or eliminate them. UNLIMITED sessions means as many sessions as you can fit into a week (typically 3 sessions a week). Training sessions will be a combination of outdoor work-outs, strength training, cardio and various other methods (depending on the client).
Price per session (10 session minimum) ---------$40
